MS Flow referencing Auto-Updating Sheet lost Table names

I have a few scheduled and automatic flows setup which are run from an excel sheet on a Teams group. The excel sheet is auto-updating for each month so every month, dates automatically update from say May to June and so on for monthly tasks. At the beginning of the month a couple of my scheduled flows failed and when I checked all of my flows had the table names changed to something which looked like this - {ED2A5438-27D3-4D3C-9800-8A6B5FCECAF7} and key column to _x0023_  There was no table with that name so the flows failed. I am thinking this has something to do with dates changing but I don't understand why the table name reference in flow would change even though the table names in the source excel sheet didn't. I was able to go into each flow and relink the tables without issues. My question is, do I have to do this every month or am I missing an easy solution here?
