PowerApps Mobile (iPhone) App Issue

am facing an issue with PowerApp Mobile App (iPhone). After clear cache any app opened is not responding for first time. Steps to reproduce below:

  • Open the PowerApp mobile app
  • Clear the cache
  • Open any working app, click on any navigation sort of action. It will not work.
  • Close the app and re-open it. The app starts responding as usual.
 
Searched on multiple forums however no satisfactory answer found yet.
 
Anyone facing same issue or know about a fix on this?

Hi @SPChamp sorry to hear your experience. This issue is not reproducible at our end. Can you please provide us the following details so that we can see what's happening:

1) Is this happening with all apps or just some particular apps?

2) Device model and OS version

3) PowerApss version

4) Session id when this issue is happening

1) Is this happening with all apps or just some particular apps?

- This is happening with all apps after clear cache

2) Device model and OS version

- This is happening perticuallry on iPhones (7 / X)

3) PowerApss version

3.19053.21

4) Session id when this issue is happening
