One of our employees who works a few 100 kilometers away is experiencing a bug when he logs in on PowerApps on his mobile device.
As you can see on the screenshot, he enters the app. The blue bar on top is the correct headercolor of the app, but it doesnt display more.
He has Android 5.1 (and I guess this is the issue, because the other handhelds do have 8.0 and the powerapp is tested on other devices). It would be nice if a PowerApp Staff could confirm the error, or give me the reason it fails.

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?
Does the user upgrade his Android device to the latest version?
There are some system requirements needed to meet when running an app within Mobile device. The recommended requirements for Android device is Android 7 or later with at least 4GB of RAM. Please check the following article for more details:
Based on the issue that you mentioned, I think the issue may be related to the Android device version. Please consider ask your end users to use a higher version (>=Android 7.0) Android device to run your app to check if the issue is solved.
Note: The lower version of Android device may not run a PowerApps app properly, please consider use a higher version Android to run PowerApps app.
