Recent Version Display

When my App is opened, I would like for it to display the latest version from the sharepoint list.

If possible, does anyone know of a way to display the most recent version within the sharepoint list.

Re: Recent Version Display

Hi @tduncan1,

Did you mean that you want the latest version of your SharePoint list when opening app that has SharePoint list as data source? If so, then please understand that all the data sources within the app are the latest version(refreshed) when opening the app. You do not need to do any additional operation to achieve this.

To refresh data sources in the app, you can also add a button and set its OnSelect property to:

Refresh(datasourcename)

About Refresh function:

Re: Recent Version Display

I'm not exactly sure what to.  The way that I have structured the data is through the versioning within a SharePoint list.  When someone uses the power app, instead of creating new items, the user will be modifying existing items.

I want to ensure that the worflow I have created extracts the data into an excel spreasheet or html table with the latest modified version.  or at least be able to pull which ever version I choose.
