I have created a PowerApp for Consultants to enter time sheets against Accounts.
Currently I have the following SalesForce Objects in play:
-Consultancy Time Entries
Consultancy Time Entries has the following Fields that are required for a form to be entered:
-Account (Master/Child relationship from the Accounts object)
When I try and create a new Time Entry or Edit an existing one everything works fine apart from the accounts field, when editing the field shows a Guid rather than a rationalized name however if I leave this guid in place and change the hours this will submit and alter the existing salesforce record.
However when I try and create a new time entry with blank form this presents a problem that I can't select from a list of rational names.
Any help would be appreciated as I am a begginer to this however can't seem to find anything online that supports my particular situation, I tried the same with Sharepoint lists and it worked perfectly, just seems to be a problem on the salesforce connector for me (or the person using it..).
