can we make end user experience better?

Hello Everyone,

 

My several end users are having issues while accessing the App. I already shared the App as well as provided access to SHarePoint list. Howwever, still several users are getting below error. How can we make PowerApps seamless experience to end users without having them to go through these steps?

There is PowerShell that can waive the dialog your users are seeing, but that would actually make the experience worse in your case because it would hide the error message. I know you said that all the users were given appropriate access to the SharePoint back end.  But the error in the screenshot means that either the users made a mistake entering their credentials when prompted to establish the connection to SharePoint or they have multiple different sets of credentials and are logged in with one that doesn't have access to the resource.  Unfortunately, the only way to fix this is to have the user actually enter the right credentials to establish the OAUTH connection with the backend data.
