filter Contacts list by CRM Access Team

I am needing to come up with a way to filter the Contact gallery/list by the Access Team the logged in user is a member of.  I am able to obtain the systemuserid of the logged in user, but I don't know how to then filter furthermore to get the teams where teamtype=1(Access) and the logged in user is part of this team.

When I do Advanced Find in CRM, I am able to get the right results (see image here), and that's the logic I was going to follow to set up the filter in PowerApps except I am not sure how to do so 2 levels drill-down.

Please help.

Thank you.
