iOS | User forced to provide location before using app

I have an app that helps capture the GPS location of a user when filling out an incident form.

 

When first loading the app, PowerApps asks the to provide consent to user their GPS location.

 

If they select Don't Allow, they'll be taken back to main PowerApps menu and need to select the same App again ; they can't use the app until they select Allow. The GPS data being captured isn't mandatory in any any of the forms.

 

Is it possible for users to not allow GPS location but still use a PowerApp?

Based on what I know, there is no approach to bypass that.

For the connections used in PowerApps, we could bypass it through the following command:

 `Set-AdminPowerAppApisToBypassConsent`
