Forms not rendered properly inside Portals

In all environments, different projects are rendering the Dataverse table forms incorrectly. 

(This is sometype of Microsoft intervention because no update was completed in all those different environments )

Example:

On Dataverse:

On Portals: ( the layout is not what is supposed to be )

Any thoughts are welcome.

i experience a similar rendering issue, 2-column forms showing in 1-column ...

quite frustrating but no solution yet

Also seeing Layout changes in existing PowerApps Portals - MSFT has obviously changed something over the weekend sometime.

@sendbrian @dalemb if it is urgent submit a support ticket to get your portal's 'downgraded'.  Have confirmation  for our one that it was caused by a 'fix' that was rolled in over the weekend by MSFT.

Most likely it's the perform.bundle.css. I got the same issue.

I raised MS ticket, I believe it's a bundled file from their side which we don't have access to.
