How to customize sign in page by removing some items and sections?

For example, how to remove the "Redeem invitation" tab and the "External SignIn" area? thanks

Hi @jwnz

For Hide "Redeem Invitation":

Go to Site Settings -> Authentication/Registration/InvitationEnabled --> Set as false

@hardikv @ragavanrajan is there an existing Power Pages web template for this default Sign In page?

After disable the Azure AD option, the below External SignIn section in red box still not removed:

Hi @hardikv yes, I have followed your initial method, also check this Authentication/Registration/AzureADLoginEnabled site setting, it was disabled, the sign in using "Azure AD" button was removed after these setting changes, but that "External SignIn" section is still sitting there, wonder if there was a web template for this default Sign In page need to be manually changed its code?
