Hi!!
First of all congratulations to the Power Pages team. Good initiative.
My question: I am sharing PowerApps with external guest users. Is it possible for users to access Power Pages with same credentials used in PowerApps ?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Yes it is possible to share the Power Pages with External users. The way Power Pages allow external user is via Azure AD or Azure AD B2C.
Here are the steps for you.
Once you created Power Pages. Click sign in on the top right
1. You can see the External login. Adding screenshot below for reference
Hope it helps.

hi @ashokpershad, external users wouldn't be part of your tenant, so they wouldn't have normal Power Apps access. Users with access to Power Apps are considered internal users, and you can then use the Azure AD sign in process for that. Hope this helps

Hi! Thank you for your post. I'm new in Power Pages (also Portals). So, how can I make Power Pages accesible for external users (my customers). I used to export Power BI reports (statements) to PDF and distribute via email. But I would like to use Power Pages as "home page" for them. Do I need invidual licences for all of them? What kind of licence? (Power BI PRO)? Or does Power Pages include any kind of "overall" licence?
External users don't need a Power BI license, they will rely on Portals license, and you don't need to assign directly to them
Licenses are assigned to the environment, and behind the scenes Microsoft charges according to number of logins used
Technically Power Pages is under Preview, and there is no licensing model (yet), the licensing model is currently following the Power Apps Portals licensing --> Pricing - Power Apps (microsoft.com)
Power Pages should be going GA fairly soon, and then we will have visibility if the licensing model will be the same or different.
