About fee structure

Our company is a kintone SI company.

We are now proposing to link kintone and Outlook with MSFlow.

I have a question about the pricing system.

The price of Plan 1 is “$ 5.00 / 1 user”. What does this user mean?

Are you a user who sets up and manages MSFlow? Or are you all users of an Office365 organization that uses MSFlow?

As a result, the running cost will fluctuate significantly, so we want to confirm it.

Thank you.

Re: About fee structure

Two things

1) Wait to check out the new pricing which goes live on October 1.  This may affect your decision.  The P1 license you refer to is going away.

2) In terms of user licenses, it depends on what you do with Flow.  In your case you mention Outlook.  If you create a Flow thta runs for example when a new mail is received in a mailbox then the owner of the mailbox would need a Flow license.
