Export pièces jointes

Bonjour,

"https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Discussion/Exporter-pi%C3%A9ce-jointe/td-p/249972"

EN - The Flow action is "Append to string variable". Using "Set variable" should meet your requirements.

Re: Export pièces jointes

Hi @Aurélien ,

Could you share more details on your scenario?

How do you want to export attachments?

Do you want to trigger the flow whenever an item is created or modified?

If you just want to export attachments of specific item, please check the following screenshot.

It the following scenario, whenever an item is created or modified, the attachments added in the item would be created in a OneDrive for Business folder.

Please check it for a reference  and take a try with it.

Re: Export pièces jointes

Hi @Aurélien ,

I am not sure with your language. Could you post in English?

I guess that you want to get the attachments link and then save them into an Excel table.

Please remove the variables from your flow, and save the AbsoluteUri of the attachment to the table directly.

Re: Export pièces jointes

Hello,

For simplicity, ideally I would like to get the link in the same sharepoint list ("Observation_Photo")

PecOnline - Observation_Photo - Tous les éléments - Google Chrome.jpg

This is what the "powerapps" application looks like

Re: Export pièces jointes

Hi @Aurélien ,

If you would like to run the flow every time an item is created or modified, please use the trigger When an item is created or modified.

To get the link to the attachments that saved in the list, please use the action Get attachments, then get the dynamic content AbsoluteUri and save it in the following actions.

Re: Export pièces jointes

Hello,

Thank you for your answer, but how to store the URL directly in the list on the associated line?

As in the picture below (in the "URL" column)

Thank you so much !

Re: Export pièces jointes

Hi @Aurélien,

Thanks for updating.

If you want to insert the AbsoluteUri in the Attachment column, I am afraid that it is not possible currently.

Please try to add a Hyperlink column, then save the AbsoluteUri to this column.

In the following test, I have added a column named as Attach of type Hyperlink, then the AbsoluteUri could be saved into this column.

Re: Export pièces jointes

Bonjour,

----

Hi,

Your Flow will run twice or more. Updating the URL column will update a list item. That will trigger the Flow again. And if there are multiple attachments, multiple runs will start.

There is a risk that the number of runs allowed on your tenant would exceed what you are paying for. To workaround a similar case, I replace the trigger with a recurrence (e.g. every 5 minutes) with an apply it to each relevant items (e.g. modified recently). Maybe there are other solutions.

Re: Export pièces jointes

Hi @Franck_Garcia ,

Trigger “When an item is created or modified” will trigger the flow whenever a modification is applied to the list.

And if the attachments are not added at the same time, the flow will be triggered multiple times.

You may consider using “When an item is created” if it meets your scenario.

A workaround to reduce the runs would be using Recurrence trigger as you’ve already tried.

Best regards,

Mabel

Re: Export pièces jointes

Hello,

After a few tests, I happen to have a problem.PecOnline - Observation_Photo - Tous les éléments - Google Chrome_2.jpgTo summarize, the "Flow" incriminates my links

Row1 = Attachement 1 = URL_Value 1

Row2 = Attachement 2 = URL_Value 1 + URL_Value 2

Row3 = Attachement 3 = URL_Value 1 + URL_Value 2 + URL_Value 3

And I want:

Row1 = Attachement(s) 1 = URL_Value 1

Row2 = Attachement(s) 2 = URL_Value 2

Row3 = Attachement(s) 3 = URL_Value 3

Would someone have a solution?

TY.
