Flow -> Office Lens + Sharepoint + Teams

I work at a university and have to provide receipts for work-related travel (i.e., research, academic conferences, etc.). I would like to create a flow that is triggered when I take a photo with Office Lens, then uploads that image to Sharepoint (our "Files" tab in Microsoft Teams), and finally alerts our administrative assistant (via email) that a new receipt has been added. Possible?

Thanks in advance for your guidance and constructive feedback. I believe that this particular flow would have utility far beyond this subjective example, with applications in business, industry, sports, and other domains as well (taxes, anyone?).

Thanks again, and I look forward to your response.

Hi @aksel_blaise

Yes, it's entirely possible and straightforward actually. To trigger the process automatically, you need to save the photo that you took with Office Lens. I recommend the following:

  1. Take the photo and save it to a folder in your OneDrive
  2. Use flow to monitor new files created
  3. When it's created Flow triggers and Creates it in your Team's SharePoint
  4. Then an email is sent with the details needed to find the photo.

Here's your flow
