Generating One Email for Multiple Files Selected in a SP List?

I have a Sharepoint list containing file names to be printed, the requestor's name, and the number of copies to print. All new files added to this list have the number of copies initially set to 0. When a user changes copies from 0 to a number, a flow is triggered which emails the print center the file name, the requestor's name, and the number of copies to print. A user will typically select more than one item/file in the list and I'd like to generate a single e-mail that includes all selected files and the number of copies requested.

Is there any way to accomplish this task using Flow, SharePoint, and PowerApps?

Seeing as you have variable approach i.e. they could update one or ten items.

I do not think a on modified flow with conditional trigger is for you - this would work great if you accept multiple emails.

I think you should look at building a scheduled flow this could run say every hour, the flow could query the list and builds the single email. i.e. Query on number of prints greater than 0.

You could either update the items to print back to 0, or add some kind of indicator that those items have been processed. You would need to clear that indicator each time a item is modified though to be sure you are getting everything required.
