How to configure other user accounts to run the flow if flow Run Limit of 2000 reaches for a single user

We have an event registration form where people come to register. Once they will register they will get a mail with calendar invite for that event.

We have plan of Flow for Office 365.

Since lot of users will reister for a single event across the nations and it will very easily cross the 2000 flow run limit per month.

For these plans the number of flow runs is aggregated across all users in the company. So I am assuming that if I have created the flow and once 2000 flow run will be completed with in a month, we can use other user unused flow run to fulfill our requirement.

But I don't know how to use other users unused flow.

Is there any configuration required where we can mention if one user limit reaches to 2000 take the another user? If this is the case how we need to configure.

Or

It will be automatically done. If this is the case how it will identify the user?

Hi @shaileshsingh

The flow runs are a pool shared by all licensed users in your tenant

so for example if you have 10 licenses

then 10*2000= 20000 flow runs per month which is shared by all users

a single user can consume all the 2000

so there is no need to change the Flow owner

Re: How to configure other user accounts to run the flow if flow Run Limit of 2000 reaches for a single user

@RezaDorrani  Thanks for your quick response.

But my query is still unanswered.

As you mentioned if we have 10 user licenses, it will run 2000 x 10 = 20000 Runs Per Month.

I want to know once my flow run limit reaches then how it will identify the next licensed user to run the flow.

Is there any approval kind of thing for next licensed user or how it happens?
