Microsoft Flow Planner Referenced User or Group is not found

I created a simple flow to create a task when a task is created in another bucket.

Works ok except i get Referenced User or Group (***@*********.COM) is not found when I try to insert an assigned To user ID value.  When I try to type the first few letters, no established users pop up like in other flows so I have just typed in the email address as it seems like it would take that but no luck.

Anyone come across this or have an idea for me?

Re: Microsoft Flow Planner Referenced User or Group is not found

Hi @jsia,

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

Do you have problem create a planner task and assign it to a user?

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned.

Please check if you have fill in the correct email address in the "Assigned User Id" field in the Create a task action.

The screenshot of my flow as below:

The flow would run successfully as below:

Best regards,

Alice
