Trigger new email in shared mailbox body of email

Hello all,

It seems like I found some limitation I am not aware of for this trigger. It seems like the body element is not returned whole, but it is cutted.

This is something that is possible to configure or it is by design that there is some kind of a limitation?

Below is part from trigger Output that ends at e-mail part

Luhačovice\r\n\r\ntel.:737 381 22\r\ne-mail: mikoska.p"

There is a printscreen of original mail as you see, there is a email and webaddress.

Thank you for any advice.

Re: Trigger new email in shared mailbox body of email

Hello @v-yamao-msft ,

Thank you for your answer. I found that I made a mistake I picked Body Preview instead of full Body.

But your html - text insert is in this case needed as the full Body of email returns HTML formatted information. So thank you!

Re: Trigger new email in shared mailbox body of email

Hi @vecerpa ,

I have made some tests and the issue could be reproduced.

I guess that it is a default behavior that line breaks in the body will be replaced by characters “\r\n\r\n”.

However, it doesn’t affect if you use the action Html to text to convert the body to plain text. A screenshot likes below:
