User input

Hello

I'm trying to make a connection between Microsoft forms and flow with user input.

But I'm having a hard time figuring out how I can get input from the user?

Let me explain:

Microsoft Form -> No to multiple-choice option.

Microsoft Flow -> if Multiple-choice equals No then condition "if no" I then need some input from a user and then input that into my approval flow.

Re: User input

Hi @JonasNohuman

So user fills an MS Form and has a multi choice option

if he picks No

then flow check condition in flow

(all this can be done)

then If No - then take input from user

User input in what form?

text input?

a set of options for them to choose from?

etc?

Re: User input

Hi @RezaDorrani

Thank you for replying.

Simple

I would like the input to come in text. Maybe from an email, they are responding to so they can get a bit more info about the form choices.

Advanced
When I get more a hang of this, I could see it checking a chosen category from Sharepoint equal to the one in forms, then present at least 1 option(user) with no events that day Outlook calendar, and if more then 2 present choices.

Re: User input

Hi @JonasNohuman

Flow can be triggered by a button wherein you can define a form which user can fill

Apart from that if during flow run you want user to fill out a form, then you will have to use pro dev techniques and deal with adaptive cards to post message cards to users so they can respond to your running flow data
