Using SharePoint List Data as Variable

I am trying to move our existing SharePoint Designer Workflows to Microsoft Flow. We have a SPD Workflow that is used to increment and return a unique ID (counter) for different content types.

The workflow is follows the logic below:

  1. New Item in List A Startas the Workflow
  2. Workflow queries Counter field in List B, returns an int Variable
  3. Variable is incremented by 1 (Variable = Variable plus 1)
  4. List B is updated with new Variable
  5. String Variable is created to combine a three letter code with 6 digit number as string, (str Variable = "ABC" & "int Variable")
  6. str Variable is returned to List A as Unique ID.

The SPD workflow is shown below, please can sumbody point me to the equivallent expressions in Microsoft Flow.
