using StartDate and StopDate to create .ics file

Hello,

It seems that StartDate and StopDate not fully compatible with .ics file format

dates received looks like 2017-12-01T08:00:00.0000000+00:00.

If i build a .ics file using those formatted dates, when i open the received file all informations are not correct.

did i make something wrong ?

Thks in advance

Eric

Perhaps format as plain text for dates then data operations - compose?

Re: using StartDate and StopDate to create .ics file

Hi @DarkEric,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow’s configuration?

Further, how do you create a .ICS file?

In addition, please take a try to format the received dates into standard UTC format and check if the issue is solved:9.JPG

Within Inputs field of “Compose” action, type the following formula:

formatDateTime('2017-12-01T08:00:00.0000000+00:00','yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ')

Best regards,

Kris

Re: using StartDate and StopDate to create .ics file

Kris,

Thanks for your reply, will investigate on your inputs.

I did not build the ics file yet. I send mail with StartDate & STopDate in body, copy the dates in a notepad file containing all ics "formatted" stuff and mail the ics file.

when i grew up, i will directly send the ics file as attachment :-)

(one step by one step)
