想創建一個在新項目新增時開始核准的流 是內部審核的流程，核准人有兩關，第一個簽核人若收到郵件後，選擇批准後會再傳送至下一位簽核人員（若沒有系統結束），下一位簽核人員同樣選擇批准後郵件會寄送至指定的人作業。請問該如何創建？感謝~~~~

If we don't consider the trigger and only focus on the approval process, please refer to the structure below to configure Flow.

It is recommended to set Approval type to First to respond.

最後一步send an Email，測試Pass,但是收件人未收到郵件不知道問題出在哪裡~

This is related to the recipient's settings, as if he refused to receive the email you sent.

Please check if this is the case, you could also try to set To field with your own email address to see if the same problem still exists.
