502 Bad Gatewy on Approval causing known-working flow to fail.

Hi,

Since the Azure outage on Monday one of our approval flows is now failing on every run with the error:

Action 'Start_and_wait_for_an_approval' failed

The request failed. Error code: '502'. Error Message: 'BadGateway'.

This was a known-working flow and it's very simple. The flow starts and runs the first steps just fine, it's the approval that fails.

I have tried removing the Assigned to and re-adding them. Having just one person on the approvals seems to work - it's only with multiple users that it fails with a 502. It doesn't matter which users or what order - more than one causes the flow to fail. I have been exceedingly careful entering the emails and they are all valid and people in our org.
