I created an approval flow for a vacation. sometimes the requested vacation will be for more than 1 day, but in the list we can only specify 1 date (vacation day).
is there any method that can enable the capability of adding more than 1 date?
Hi @Ibrahimkhalil, what type of list are you using in SharePoint? If you're feeding the request into a Calendar then you can specify a start and end date. If you don't particularly need to filter on dates then you could feed all dates into a text field. Alternatively you could create start and end date fields and then just populate start and end.

Hi @Ibrahimkhalil ,
Could you share more details on your scenario?
How is your flow created?
Are you working with a Calendar list or a custom list?
Please help collect more info on this issue for better understanding.
Dear @v-yamao-msft ,
My Flow is as follows:
In the sharepoint, i have created a list as below:
so each one who want to request anual leave must create new item in this list.
My question is that when someone wants to take 3 days as anual leave, is there any method we can use to enable multiple dates? (other than mulitple lines of text)
Is there a reason that you can't change your list so that there is a start date column and an end date column? That would likely be the easiest way to approach this.
If you are going to calculate the number of days of leave used, you might also need to see if any of the dates in the range are weekends which might not be included in the calculation.
I suggest that you consider using a SharePoint calendar rather than a standard list. Then, you can create view in SharePoint on the calendar that shows who is on leave every day. Select Standard View with Expanded Recurring Events when creating the view. This is the quickest and easiest way to get where you want to go.
Hi @Ibrahimkhalil ,
As @ScottShearer suggested, please consider using SharePoint Calendar list for your scenario.
