Access to In-Approval workflow items

1) How to hide items which are not yet approved from the other contributors of the list?

2) If work flow has to be triggered on create or update, custom status field column can not be updated as a workflow action. How to handle this case?

Hi @abhijeetp,

Could you please share more details about your requirement?

For your first question, do you want to hide items which are not yet approved from the other contributors of the list?

If yes, you could go to list setting in sharepoint and set the list require content approval for submitted items and set the user who could see the draft items in the list as below:

Best regards,

Alice
