My workflow approvals with actionable messages were working great yesterday but this morning users complained that the approvals are not working. Users get the email but when they try to approve it says " Working on it" and eventually it fails with another pop-up which says Task cannot be completed.
Approvers can approve via flow.microsoft.com, mobile app or by clicking Show original message. Any idea what is going on? Has anybody else noticed it?

We have reported this issue and this is a known issue that outlook is addressing with hotfixes over the next 1-2 days. For now, we need to respond via flow portal or mobile app.
If there are any updates, we will post back.
Hello, I am also facing the same issue start from today. In my case, approvers can only approve via flow.microsoft.com. I am from asia region. Please let us know when the issue is fixed. Thanks.
