Add data to excel cell that does not have a column

Hello Flow,

1. Is there a way to add data to an excel spread even without having a column in the row that I want to add to?

This could be helpful when adding a comment to a row (This is not my problem, but a possible use).

Thanks Flow,

Hi,

The current excel update row action has a mandatory column key which is understandable.

how about editing the excel and adding that column called notes and have it empty by default and add data when needed. and that you can do now with the update row.

Hi @Anonymous ,

You couldn't add data to excel cell that does not have a column in microsoft flow, the function to add data to excel cell that does not have a column is not supported in microsoft flow currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:
