Adding Image Over and Image into Email

Hi All,

I have a flow which sends greetings by collecting users name and photos from O365, and greeting card by adding image (encoded).

Presently all the objects are aligned in vertical order like on the top the users photograph, in middle the user name and in the bottom the card.

However want a format like, i want the greeting card in the background. Then i a specific position i want the photograph and below to that i want the user name. Below the one which i am looking for.

Reference.PNG

I am seeing lot of references but all of them are mentioning about HTML Codes with DIV and Classes which i am seeing difficult for me to build a greeting like the above.

Can anyone please help me on how to achieve this?

Many Thanks in advance.

Warm Regards,

Akshay

Hi @AkshayManke,

can you create such email using any other platform/development tool? In Outlook or using MS GRAPH, for example?

@Hi @VictorIvanidze , I tried using Outlook and converting the message in to HTML, however when i am adding that code in to PowerAutomate, then it is now showing the contents.

What code are you talking about - HTML?

Also please show your flow where you create an email with image.

What code are you talking about - HTML?  - Right

Also please show your flow where you create an email with image. - I Cant share the snap due to the restrictions, however I can share the below details.

1. I have an image.

2. Encoded the image into base64, using 'certutil -encode' command

3. Then initialized string type variable and then added the code generated in 2nd step.

4. Sending the email by adding the variable as HTML in the body.

This is working fine. I just need two more objects (1. image and 2. text) on top of the image mentioned in the steps.

Warm Regards,

Again: can you create the HTML email body  containing the images and text manually or any other way?

If so, what's your problem?

Hi @AkshayManke ,

Could you provide a screenshot of the value of @{variables('Image') ?

Best Regards

Cheng Feng

Hi @v-chengfen-msft, Cheng,

Below the screenshot. I have encoded the image using command line utility called 'certutil -encode imagename.jpg filename.txt' and then copied the text into the variable.
