I use a particular PowerAutomate flow to connect completed forms and have them sent to different sharepoint folders based on the parent IDs. I had noticed the following error code and message in creating another connection today:
{
"code": "WEBHOOK_LIMIT_EXCEEDED",
"message": "Maximum number of active account level webhooks allowed for the event exceeded."
}
Initially, I had assumed there might be a cap in the number of active webhooks that Sharepoint can look for within an acceptable time to trigger subsequent actions. I deactivated some old forms and this seemed to remove the error. That said, I'd assume there is a cap limit on webhooks but I wanted to make certain.
If so, is there a way this can be improved to accommodate more webhooks?
Hi @wmedley
I would create an idea and post it here so that we can up-vote it.

This is the kind of thing that only Microsoft can address based on the scalability of the platform, but it's good to alert them of the need..
