Advice for owner in Flow

I would like to know if the community has some updated advice about the ownership of flows.

1) If we use a service account to create a flow and its connections and then add another owner, we get the message ‘Owners of the flow will have full access to all connections in the flow and the content within the connected accounts. Owners are not required to add connections to their own accounts, and can take any actions in existing connections and their content.’
However, when the new owner adds a Teams action for example, he cannot see the Teams sites that the service account has access to.
What does the message mean then? Is it secure to use a unique service account to create all company flows and then add other owners?

2) Microsoft writes: ‘While you can create flows with a service account, we don’t recommend doing so if the credentials for the service account are shared.’ So it looks like Microsoft thinks it’s an acceptable workaround.

3) Did you notice that when you add an office 365 group as an owner of a flow, all owners and MEMBERS of the group can edit the flow? It’s really not usable in most situations.
