All Approvals are not woking!!

hi,

Starting yesterday i noticed that all my flows, in every tenant I have access to (all are in Europe region) are failing, and even when i try to create a new flow and add an approval action I get the following error:

Could not retrieve values. The dynamic invocation request failed with error: {
"error": {
"code": "ApiManagementAccountNotAllowed",
"message": "Call not allowed from api management account 'europe-002'."
}
}.

 

is this a general issue, or is there something I need to do? please help!

Well it seems Power Automate team handled the issue, and it is resolved now.

Hi @malkhawaja,

 

Like @NataschaFischer already mentioned. It looks like an issue in the Europe region.

 

I have seen several threads now on this forum which point to the same error (I tagged them all with europe-002 tag, https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/tag/europe-002/tg-p). Might be good to raise a ticket with Microsoft support for this in your tenant.

 

Btw, I haven't been able to reproduce the issue in my UK region tenant.
