Unfortunately, I have not. I feel like it should be possible but I haven't gone back to play around with it. I'm really just hoping AzureDevOps just adds that functionality in! In my research, I did find out about Connectors in Teams. Apparently there is an AzureDevOps connector that allows you to manage your work items in Teams. I was thinking there may be a way to take advantage of that and communicate with requestors via Teams Chat and have that save back to the work item Discussion. BUT, my organization has turned the Connectors functionality off so I can't explore that route.
