Append a participant to an Events Calendar

Good Day Everyone

I've received a request to create a training/events calendar. For the most part I've been able to meet all requirements, except one, adding or removing additional participants, when there are multiple participants, we do not want the user to edit the participants field, and open the possibility to "accidentally remove others". I'm looking to append to the exsisting participants with either Flow or PowerApps.

I was able to append an additional participant by using Flow, but when Flow is running for the third participant, it replaces the second participant. I’m also able to use compose to concatenate the existing participants and the new participant, which results in sending invites to all participants, including those who had already received an invite, not just the one that had been added.

Any Idea's either in Flow or PowerApps?

Thank you in advance!!

Hi @digidot can you share with us what you've got so far please? Also, your calendar, is that an Outlook Calendar or a SharePoint Event List?

Re: Append a participant to an Events Calendar

Hi @digidot ,

Could you share more details on your flow? How is your current flow set up?

Are you trying to create Outlook calendar events?

It seems that you are combing Flow with PowerApps. How is the app configured?

I am not sure with “I was able to append an additional participant by using Flow, but when Flow is running for the third participant, it replaces the second participant”, please share more light on this part.

It would be better for understanding if we got more details on your scenario.

Best regards,

Mabel
