Append email to send approvals

Hello,

I'm trying to send approvals to an email in choices and a email the user can type. The choices column are comparing with another table: 

  I made this to check whether it finds a value or not.

The problem is that even all mails are merged, it only sends to the last one in varAprobador.

In the this case, it only sends the approval to jose.donayre@kaitsconsulting.com, I want to send to every mail in the variable.

Please help with this problem
