Apply to each worked fine till yesterday. Today all gone. Require help asap.

Likely it is an issue with your license. See the below docs article for more details, but as we understand it Flows with a "Low" performance profile are limited to 5000 apply to each loops:

This limit describes the highest number of array items that a "apply to each" loop can process. To filter larger arrays, you can use the query action.
