Approval Email Notifications Not Updating

I have a Flow setup that uses the "Start and wait for an approval" (first to respond) action.  Enable notifications is turned on, so the approvers will receive an email and Teams notification.

Typically, the approvers approve/reject within the email on their laptops or within Teams.  Once approved/rejected, the email card will update and show as being complete and the approve/reject buttons are removed.  This is essential as it helps the other approvers know whether the request has been handled.

Recently, one of our approvers tried to approve a request on a browser on her mobile device.  This opens up the Flows approval webpage and allows the request to be completed (which is successful).  However, when the approver (and other approvers) go to view the approval emails, the request does not show as being complete.  The flow for this approval was completed successfully on 5/10/22 at 12:09 AM, however, the following is what the approvers see even today (5/11/22):

Has anyone run into this before?

Hi @larueb ,

This seems to be the product issue.  Nothing related to users.

Intermittently it happens.

Request you to raise a ticket to Microsoft to get the exact reason.

Thanks,

Hi @larueb ,

It happens sometimes, but this is not the issue.

If user click on any action button in email, it will show message as action already taken.

So you Don't worry about it...

Thanks

Vivek

Hi @vivekpande18,

Thanks for your response!  Do you know what causes this?  Is this something on the user side that we can try to prevent?

The approvers really like to be able to glance at their emails without having to click approve/deny to see if the request has been taken care of.
