Hello everyone,
I have an approval flow that has failed to follow through over the last 4 hours. It was working properly this whole week and no changes have been made to the flow. When I investigate the problem, it says the flow failed with a "500 Bad Gateway" error report.
The error code displays as this:

A 500 error normally indicates that a communication error with the backend service failed. This could be caused by a service outage at Microsoft or a network disruption. These kinds of errors are usuallly intermittent. If they persist you should open a service ticket with Microsoft.

As is menyioned in the link for troubleshooting flow issue,if the error code 500 or 502 appears, the failure is temporary or transient. Click or tap Resubmit to try the flow again:

Your flow run failed because the "Move file" action run failed, and the "Move file" action works now, please take a try to run your flow again to see if the "Move file" action could work.
