Approval Flow Fields Customization

Hello People,

I am building flow to approve the travel budget. I am using SQL Server Database as a backend. I am wondering if it is possible to customize options for the approver.

i.e. If someone is requesting $1000 and approver may change that amount to something else.

Hi @omi18 

Currently approvals can have only two inputs from the approver: the actual approval input by pressing the button and the comments option. 

What you can do is, build an approval with custom options. Have three options: 

1. Approved

2. Rejected

3. Approved with different amounts 

and then the approver can pass their comments with the 3rd option and provide their input.
