Approval Flow for MS form not sending mail to approver

Hi,

Have this Flow that should send an approval request to the Line manager of the requester when they have submitted an MS Form.

The flow runs successfully up to the 'Start and Wait for an approval, but the manager is not receiving an approval request either via Email or as it did in Teams

Anyone know why this is happening??

@ClarkyPA365  in start and wait approval action, do you have Enable Notifications = Yes?

Thanks for your response.

I do have Enable notifications set to Yes

@ClarkyPA365  can you please try specifying the requestor and check if its working or not? Otherwise, 

can you double check the connection used with the approval action and make sure that it looks fine. Also remove "Assigned To" and re-add it. Try specifying just one approver email and see if that works. If nothing of that works, try readding the approval action.
