Hello, out of nowhere all approval flows are failing with "The request failed. Error code: '500'. Error Message: 'BadGateway'." Checked just about everything we can think of at this point. Any ideas?
Have something changed in your environment?
Have you tried to test that all approval fails - try it out with yourself?

Thank you for responding. We were able to figure this out with Microsoft tech support. It turned out to be that this particular user was listed as Disabled in Power Automate Admin Center.
