Hi @abieba,
Thanks for your feedback, I have tested that on my side, it is truely will happen the situation you mentioned. I assume that it should be caused by the time format, so I use the format function to convert the created time into "yyyy-MM-dd", it will work. So, you can try this method.

Hi @abieba
That should not be the case
Check the version compatiility for outlook with actionable messages
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/actionable-messages/
If the user approving gets redirected to Microsoft Flow Approval center, then user might either not be on the supported version of outlook or the user must be an external user

Hi @abieba,

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/approvals-markdown-support

hello @v-litu-msft,
Thanks for your respose would give it a try. But i have been able to resolve the issue, i dont know why it worked but maybe you could help me explain why it did.
So i had an inbuilt field Date created, i added it before every other field and the mail kept stopping there, but as soon as i took the field "Date Created" to the bottom , all the fields started showing. Do you know why that happened like that?
