Hi,

Did you mean that after an approver clicked on the Approve/Reject button in the email, he receive this email with error message? If so, when will this happen, any special places in the failed runs?

  Yes I did mean after an approver has clicked the approve  reject option Would be really good if you can say it has already been approved or actioned or whatever
