Is there an approval process from a SharePoint List that allows the approver to add comments as to why approval was denied or approved?
I am suprised so far that people are ok with a simple "Approve" and "Reject".
Businesses are looking for an audit trail or history of what is going on. It is not always Yes or No in the function.
You can do this by using the approval action in Flow (link). An audit trail is not available, but the Flow team recently announced approval history on their blog. Is this good enough for you?

Hi @Anonymous,
Its already there the Comment Section. when you select approve or reject the request at that time there is one text area comes as comments.
and also you can get this Comments in Microsoft flow for your Operation.
Thanks

DLaskewitz provided some of the same info. I just need to work through it to figure it out. A video on one of his links shows that it can be done using email, but doesn't not show how.
It is nice to see that it is possible.
Hi @Anonymous,
Yes, Excetly its same in Email too.
I cant figure out why you don't have or you can't see the Comments Box.
Thanks

Hi @Anonymous, which email client do you use? The actionable messages (which are used by Microsoft Flow for approvals) aren't supported everywhere. Check the following link for more info: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/actionable-messages/#outlook-version-requirements-for-actionable-messages

Hi @Anonymous,
I agree with @Laskewitz's thought almost, I think the "Start an approval" action could achieve your needs currently in Microsoft Flow.
