Approval in sharepoint form and 'waiting' default text

Hi,

Can someone advise me on the following questions on Power Automate?

• Wait for a free text field to be not blank or change from the “waiting” default text. 
• If the user does the approval in the SharePoint form, it does not accept it.  Only when they do through teams or email.

Regarding the test column, it is not a “choice” field. It is free text. 
This was a normal function in SharePoint Designer.  There is no condition.  Just waiting for text to be entered.
