Hello.
There has been several reports stating that when responding to an approval request, they receive the an error.
Sometimes the user is able to go to the approval dashboard and respond there but this doesnt always work.
Does have a reason as to why they may be occurring?

Please note that approvals can only be sent to people inside the same organization as the flow.

How are the users accessing the approval?
Outlook App, or OWA?
Please try in OWA (office.com) If the Outlook app is the problem, make sure it is up to date.

Any solution for this? I'm facing the same issue as previously the flow is running without problem at all.
