Approvals being sent for flows that have had a conclusion/are not triggered

Hi,

 

In the last 2-3 weeks, every Wednesday and Saturday, I have been receiving a hoard of approval emails for flows that have either already had a conclusion or have already been sent previously. None of these have been triggered. They are starting to flood my inbox

 

I know this has been a known issue since the last flow update. Was wondering if this can be fixed asap or if anyone has a solution.

I think temporarily you can make use of teams for approvals instead of sending emails to the user.

 

You can post an approvals adaptive card to the user in teams and they can action it from there, once the response is registered the flow will start moving to next step and will complete it's execution.

 

This way there wouldn't be much flooding of emails in your mailbox.
