Approved button failed

I have created the sample with two single steps (Approved/Rejected), it seens to work when the user approve the request for one desktop, when other one approve in the same way comes with the rejected response. Any one knows why ?
There is a problem with the flow's trigger.

First of all, That is my first time using this chat, and I could not figure it out how to add a screenshot here.

Regarding the flow, the approval type is to everyone.

it is in portuguese. Although, the first picture is like I've created the condition for this flow, and the second one is the response from one of the approver
