Approver Not Receiving Email

Hello All and Happy New Year!

I have a workflow that when an item is created on a SharePoint list it triggers an approval email. One of the Approver Recipients is not receiving the approval email but the rest are. We have double checked the spelling and the outlook rules and all seems to be in order. Is this a common error? Are there ways to fix this?

If they use Teams, they can add the Power Automate app, open it, and go to approvals.


If they have the Power Automate app on their phone, they can view approvals there as well.


And if you know your environment ID, they could check here as well:

Have them check their Approvals area in Automate and see if they see the approvals there:[YourEnvironmentID]/approvals/received
