Approver did not receive any email

Hi everyone,


Its a weird bug that I have encountered whereby approver did not receive any email notification. Its just a simple basic approval flow, it will send approval request and check for the outcome. But I did not receive any email in my inbox, and yes I have check my junk/spam and also tick the enable notification in Approval setting.

How are you assigning the approval? 


you need to provide a valid email to the approval action "assigned to" field.


if you are picking it up from a SharePoint list (user Field) then you need to make sure its the email value.


try to enter your email and see if you will get it or not.


Do you have any other conditions before the approval step?
