Approver to be able to Reassign the flows

I have a requirement - below are the details

1 - User selects a domain .

2 - Each domain has respective approvers

3- Approvers get request to approve when an item is created in SHarepoint

4 - Sometimes users doesn't select the right domain ,so approver should be able to select correct domain for user, so it gets re-routed to correct approver.

ANy help or workaround ?

I can suggest a solution for your query.

"Get User Profile" of the user and based on their line manager or office, then flow thru a switch condition will flow them to the right approval.

But keep in mind that your users details should be filled from Office 365 Admin Center

Hope this helps

Hi @ssvk ,

I am afraid there is some confusion about your needs, please provide more details to let us provide the appropriate workaround:

Where do you want to choose the domain, when creating the item or when you are in the Reassign approver?

Currently, when we configure Reassign to in Approver center, we can directly search for related members of the group, which seems to be different from the method you describe.

In addition, if you choose domain when creating the item, how to get the related approver email through the specified domain, is it lookup column?

A more common practice is to create a column of person type in the list, and then specify approver when creating the item. Because it is a field of type person, it can only search and specify members in the organization.
